What is the warranty policy on Sandpiper of California products?
We stand behind the quality of our gear. Most of our bags and packs come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are your backpacks and gear bags water-resistant?
Many of our products are constructed from high-density, water-resistant fabrics like 600D Poly/Canvas. While they protect against light rain, they are not fully submersible unless specifically labeled as waterproof.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping options may be available through specific authorized distributors or third-party freight forwarders.
How should I clean and maintain my Sandpiper bag?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or dry your bags, as this can damage the protective coatings and hardware.
